For New Salesperson ,whom able to withstand the pressure , requirement full time, Young, enterprising, enthusiastic, open minded, willing ness to learn from basic Love communicating with people, team player

After attend required course and examination new salesperson starting commision range from 70/30% and promote to higher levels 75/25%  80/20% ,85/25% , 90/10% and 95/5%.

A full time, experience leader will be assigned to guidge throughout.
